Gigiri Project
We conducted a resurvey of parcels 91/354 and 91/356 in Nairobi. The process involved conducting searches, determining the amount owed for land rent and rates for the two parcels and paying the required fees, conducting an ownership history of the land since it was transferred from the state and conducting a ground survey to locate the actual land and its beacons. We were able to ascertain that the documents belonged to the legit owners and that the land was corrected positioned.
